Gynecomastia excision & lipo

This patient presented with gynecomastia. Small masses that are causing fullness under the areola. Dr. Lee performed an excision of the gynecomastia and liposuction of the chest area to remove the masses and excess fat. His results now show only the muscle mass he has built up through exercise.
