Explant with full lift via en bloc resection

This patient presented with older breast implants that were encapsulated. Dr. Lee performed an en bloc resection to remove the implant and capsule as one unit. Next, Dr. Lee performed a full breast lift to give her a more lifted and full appearance without replacing her breast implants.
