Quad blepharoplasty

This patient in her early 80’s presented with excess skin of the upper eyelids and lax skin & bulging fat of the lower eyelids. Dr. Lee performed a quad blepharoplasty to remove excess fat and redundant skin. Dr. Lee also performed a canthopexy to tighten the ligaments, giving her a tighter, more youthful appearance.
