This patient in her late 50’s presented with an aging face, with poor skin tone and texture. Dr. Lee performed a full facelift in includes a platysmalplasty to repair the neck bands as well as a lower blepharoplasty to remove excess fat and skin from below the eyes. Our medical aesthetician then performed Morpheus8 RF Microneedling to help thicken the dermis to improve her tone and texture.
