Full facelift and lower blepharoplasty

This lovely patient presented with an aging face and neck. Dr. Lee performed his full facelift which includes a platysmalplasty to give her a more youthful neck and jawline. Dr. Lee brought the malar fat pads back to the proper position. Dr. Lee also did a lower blepharoplasty to remove excess fat from under her eyes.
