Full facelift & lower blephs

This patient presented with a sagging neck, droopy cheeks and jowls and baggy under eyes after loosing a substantial amount of weight. Dr. Lee performed a full facelift which includes a platysmalplasty (Necklift) and a lower blepharoplasty. Dr. Lee brought her malar fat pads back to their original position, repaired her platysmal bands and removed the excess skin and fat from her face and under eyes . This gave her a much more rejuvenated and refreshed appearance.
