Full facelift & lower blephs

This patient presented with loose sagging skin of his face and neck after loosing a substantial amount of weight. To give him a more youthful and refreshed look, Dr. Lee performed a full facelift which includes a platysmalplasty to repair the neck bands and lower blepharoplasty.
