Mid 40’s facelift

This patient presented with skin laxity on her lower face and neck. The patient desired a tighter, more rejuvenated appearance. Dr. Lee performed a full facelift which includes a platysmalplasty to repair the separated neck bands and restore the malar fat pads back to their position. This procedure paired with treatments of Morpheus8 microneedling gave her a more youthful look.
