Full facelift

This patient presented with an aging, sagging face and neck. Her main concerns were the drooping jowls and neck. Dr. Lee performed his full facelift which includes a platysmalplasty. This procedure brought her malar fat pads back to a more youthful position, and repair the neckbands and removing excess skin from the face and neck reset her jawline to a more contoured appearance.
