Full facelift & IPL

This lovely patient presented with an aging face and some areas of pigmentation. Dr. Lee performed a full facelift which includes a platysmalplasty. During the facelift, the fat pads are brought back to a more youthful position, the neck bands are brought together and excess skin is removed to reveal a younger, tighter face, neck and jawline. Our medical Aesthetician used the IPL laser to lighten areas of pigmentation.
