Full facelift

This patient presented with signs of aging. Dr. Lee performed a full facelift which includes a platysmalplasty. Dr. Lee brought her malar fatpads back to a more youthful postition and removed excess sagging skin. Our a medical aesthetician did a treatment of IPL to help with pigmentation.
